4. Conducted the Feasibility Study on Solid Waste Management in Ozamiz
City with CARE-MU-City Government of Ozamiz under the "Save Labo
River Project"
5. Produced more than 300,000 seedlings as Pines Nursery
6. Executed laws prohibiting ownership/possession of chainsaws within
Mt. Malindang watershed area, protected area, and buffer zones which
are still classified as timberland
7. Campaign for the protection of riverbeds and indiscriminate quarrying.
8. Establishment of the Misamis Occidental Aquamarine Park (MOAP),
which spells the sincere intention of the Ocampos’ administration
to place the Province’s marine eco-system under a responsible
stewardship for sustainable development
