MISSION
The Provincial Government will create favorable climate through enhanced collaboration between the government, civil society and other stakeholders that will lead to more investment opportunities, livelihood, conservation of natural resources and promotion of people empowerment.
GOAL
Improvement of the quality of life through more self-reliant, cooperating communities, supported by equitable provision of basic services and greater efficiency and transparency of LGU resource use.
