REAL PROPERTY TAX ADMINISTRATION IS NOW COMPUTERIZED

The Provincial Government appropriated the amount of P2M for the Computerized General Revision of the Real Property Assessment.

Six (6) units of computers with complete accessories were procured and were installed at the said office to insure that the encoding of data in the Tax Declaration will be facilitated in a fastest way.

As of the moment, encoding of data of the nine municipalities namely; Baliangao, Bonifacio, Calamba, Clarin, Lopez Jaena, Jimenez, Sapang Dalaga, Plaridel, and Concepcion were successfully completed. Likewise, encoding of the data of the Municipalities under the LGSP like Don Victoriano, Tudela, Sinacaban, Pana-on, and Aloran were also finished.

With the application of the Provincial Assessor’s Office in the computerization of its RPTA, the office can now have a fast and easy access of its records such as generation of reports and statistical data needed. Furthermore, such computerization can facilitate an automatic issuance of Tax Declaration needed by tax payer for any legal purpose. Thus, it is significant to note that with this technology, services to our clientele are now ten times faster and precise than the conventional method of paper and ink transactions.
