Sec. Reyes Inaugurates Provincial Area Coordination Center

Such a worthy day of significant reality for the capitol staff/employees whom had concentrated efforts earlier in the well preparation of programs/communications, documentations and other formal – catering and security – arrangement for May 13, 2003 to be an extraordinary day among the days of the month.
 
Its highlight focuses on the presence of the Honorary National dignitary Secretary of National Defence Angelo Reyes, Gen. Rosales, Head of NDCC, and Company to grace the joint launching of (PACC) Provincial Area Coordination Center and E-Information Center, which is located in front the Provincial Cultural and Farmers’ Training Center (PCFTC), at the Capitol, Oroquieta City.
 
Simultaneously, a symposium was right conducted at PCFTC, Capitol, Oroquieta city, attended and participated by Local/National Agency/Department Heads and personnel, Barangay Chairmen, province-wide, Religious Sector, Media People, NGO's/PO's and Private Sector, creates an arena of crowd and enthusiasm among the residents of Oroquieta City and Misamisnons.
 
While the Honorary Guest on his arrival by helicopter at the MOPUSTA ground was jointly given a planeside honor leaded by CO Col. Eugenio Cedo, INF (GSC) PA of the 101st ING BDE, IID, PA Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte and PD Lt. Col. Lyndell Desquitado, Provincial Commander, respectively. Right after, an entourage is complemented by Governor Loreto Leo Ocampos, with the cooperation of various provincial luminaries such as the Congress Representative of the second district, President of the Mayors League of the Philippines and various LGU executives of the province, who headed to the launching ceremony and directly to the program proper where he boldly stress firmly without fear his campaign against crime and insurgency.
 
The Honorable Guests were treated in the cozy Function Hall for social Lunch with grandeur hospitability, packed-lunch were afforded to the rest of the visitors and guest outside the hall. A Press Conference shortly took place that did not last longer as the Honorable Secretary and Company had to hurry for urgent relevant matters to attain with. Lastly, a SARS Summit continues the flow of the day’s activity until 4:30 P.M., sponsored jointly by DOH, Region 10 and MOPH, this province.
 
The launching and or the whole activity is tactfully successful at its point of view, but its deep essence implies a “lofty crusade” by the tandem effort of both National and Local dedicated Figure battling amidst social extremes (forms of crimes, injustice and violations) defeating it, for technological advancement as well as protection of lives and properties, willfully striving of achieving a healthy Social and Political Symbiosis and the Legacy of Peace. Yes, we do have strong faith and hope within ourselves, as much as, we nave all the chances along within our grasp. Why a mess? We defy ourselves embracing reality for a great change.
