Bringing public service closer
The Provincial Governor's
Extension Office, located in Rizal Avenue, Ozamiz City is now fully
operational.
The
said Extension Office is purposely established to cater the needs of
our fellow Misamisnons specifically those coming from the second District
of the province, who wants to transact business with the Governor.
With the Extension Office being operational, people who have needs and
concerns that they want the Governor to hear, may no longer come to
the main office in the Capitol in Oroquieta City. They just have to
go directly to the Extension Office to do their business. In so doing
they would be able to save time, effort, and money because they don't
have to travel tediously to the Capitol.
Requests, problems and other concerns are now attended in the Extension
Office, as they are in the Main Office by the Governor's Management
Staff detailed there. The staff assigned at the Extension Office is
trained to give quick response in attending to the needs of the constituents
who air their problems and requests in the office.
The putting up of the Extension Office in Ozamiz City is in consonance
with the intention of the Ocampos Administration to give quality and
accessible services to the constituents.
